My work is dedicated to helping founders, leaders, and organizations move beyond frantic, unsustainable growth toward a model of aligned, optimized, and compounding well-being.

For me, longevity isn't a theoretical concept; it's a practical, human-first approach to building a life and a business that can endure and thrive for the long haul.

My career began with an early role as a sommelier, but I quickly pivoted to my true passion, spending years advising companies on well-being strategies and health innovation.

This expertise led me to co-found LIV Smart Solutions and later establish the Longevity Solutions Group. My strategic framework is built on a foundation of Human Performance, Leadership Clarity, and Corporate Wellness, ensuring that health is integrated into the core strategy of a business, not just treated as an afterthought.

My international experience, rooted in Polish heritage and based in the UK, gives me a unique perspective on scaling ethical, health-driven brands across global markets.

What truly defines my approach is the powerful personal journey that tested my already-established expertise.

While dealing with the complexities of re-migration to Poland, I faced a deeply human struggle with alcohol abuse. My two years of intensive therapy and subsequent commitment to sobriety as an AA ambassador, transformed my life and became the driving force behind my professional mission.

This lived experience of having to "Adapt. Evolve. Overcome." is what makes my counsel so grounded and authentic; I understand that resilience is earned, not given.

When I'm not advising on proven strategies, I'm actively living my philosophy, which I share through the Longevity By Lukas platform. I can often be found wingfoiling, paddleboarding, or practicing calisthenics, embodying the belief that
